No. For a one-off free send, a transfer service is the simpler choice. FRISO is for work that continues: the file stays, the client comments and approves, and the versions stay in order.
How big can a video be?
On Pro there is no limit per file, only your total space. On Free, each video can have up to 50 MB.
Is the video compressed?
The original stays as you uploaded it. FRISO makes a light preview for watching, and the client downloads the original if you allow it.
