What stays on Free?

Unlimited references in up to 5 boards, 1 project in progress and 1 brand, unlimited content in 1 profile, 25 FRISO AI credits to try (once), and what you export has no watermark. No card, no time limit.

How much storage comes with Pro?

50 GB in your account for photos, videos and project attachments, with no per-file limit: the limit is your space. On Free, it is 500 MB. If you need more, add +100 GB blocks on your account page.

Are my files compressed?

No. The original stays as you uploaded it, with no compression. FRISO only makes a light preview so the screen stays fast.

What happens to my files if I cancel?

Pro stays on until the end of the paid period. After that, if your files go over the 500 MB of Free, you have at least 30 days to download what you want and choose what stays, and subscribing again in that time cancels the deadline. Projects, tasks, brands and boards stay saved.

Does my client need an account?

No. They open the link, comment and approve. The link only opens while you keep it on, and you close it with one click.

Which files can I send for approval?

From any software. PDFs, images and videos open in the FRISO viewer, with pinned comments; everything else goes as a card to download, and a link (Figma, Drive) opens in a new tab.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, with a button in your account, no email and no conversation. And in the first 7 days you can change your mind and get your money back, as Brazilian consumer law requires.

What happens to the credits?

You can connect the Assistant to your own AI and spend no credits at all. If you prefer FRISO AI, Pro comes with 150 credits a month; the monthly allowance does not roll over, and nothing in FRISO depends on it.

What is this After Effects file?

A .jsx file that builds the composition in After Effects, with separate layers, the controls and the expressions. The animation stays editable in there.
