The making side of FRISO, rebuilt: Motion, Layout, Lettering, Assets and an animated logo

The tools where your ideas become pieces got a new face. Less on the screen, more room for the work, and an AI that draws what you ask inside the editor.

FRISO is the home for your creative work: you discover references, organize the project, and make the piece. This edition is about the third part. The tools where the idea becomes a piece, Motion, Layout, Lettering and Assets, were rebuilt from the screen up, and a new one arrived: the animated logo.

Motion: the scene first

The animated logo

Bring your logo as an SVG or a PNG, pick how it comes in (trace and fill, build, sprout, rise, from the center, into focus) and download it with a transparent background, as an mp4 or for After Effects. The SVG comes in parts, so each part of your logo moves on its own, and everything stays adjustable in Motion.

The new Layout

Lettering and Assets

For when you want a single task: Lettering animates a word or a phrase, and Assets gives you animated interface pieces, notifications and charts for your videos. Both end where every tool in FRISO ends: one click takes the piece to Motion.

Learn it in a minute

Every tool has new short tutorials, and the first time you open it a short guide shows the way. Look for "New in FRISO" on your home and the bell at the top.

Frequently asked questions

How do I animate my logo online?

Open the animated logo in FRISO, bring your logo as an SVG or PNG, choose how it comes in and download it. The SVG comes in parts, so each part moves on its own.

Can I download an animation with a transparent background?

Yes. Motion exports a video with a transparent background (webm) and a PNG sequence, to put on top of any video in any editor.

Does FRISO open in After Effects?

On Pro, Motion exports a script that rebuilds the scene in After Effects with editable layers and controls.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything runs in the browser, on the computer or on the phone. Without an account, nothing leaves your browser.
